A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN LANDOWNERS, AND DECLARATIONS CONCERNING
RESPONSIBILITY IN CONNECTION WITH IMPROVEMENT WORK,
ESTABLISHING COVENANTS RUNNING WITH THE LAND
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INOUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of +he City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, there has been this day presented to this Council a form of
Agreement entitled, "Agreement Between Landowners, and Declarations Con-
cerning Responsibility in Connection with Improvement Work, Establishing
Covenants Running with the Land," which has been approved as to form by the
City Attorney, and which Agreement has been executed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
California Proper+ies, Inc.~ and
WHEREAS, ±hi~ Council has read and considered the provisions o~ said
Agreement, and the public interest and economy will be served +hereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Mayor e×ecu+e sa~d Amreement }~ +he name of the City }n
such multiple copies as are necessary or useful, and that the City Clerk
attest his sianature and a~fix thereto the corporate seal.
~. That the City Clerk shall cause a copy of said Agreement, duly
acknoledged by the parties thereto, to be recorded in the Office of the
Coun+y Recorder of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a special meeting held this Path day of June, 1965, by the following vote:
