Home My WebLink AboutReso 4238-1965RESOLUTION NOD 4238 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT - PONDEROSA ROAD IMPROVE~ENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended assessment and pursuant thereto the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Super- intendent of Streets, has filed with the City Clerk Report and Amended Assessment of a lot or parcel of land pursuant co Reso- lution NOD 4215 dated the 7th day of June , 19 65, which Report is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and includes the map or plot plan showing how said lot or parcel has been divided and the amended assessment so that the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of said lot or parcel is equal to the unpaid assessment upon the ori- ginal lot or parcel, and WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearing held as required by law and the City Council upon said hearing held on the 6th day of July , 19_f~_, has determined that no objections have been filed and goon cause exists for the making of said amended assessment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the amended assessment of Ponderosa Road Improvem~t Prg~ect as set forth in the Report of the Director of Public Works, ex- officio Superintendent of Streets attached hereto, be and the same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall take the re- quired action to have entered upon the assessment roll the in- stallments becoming due on each component part of the original parcel opposite a description of the respective parcels so as- sessed. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu- larly introduced and adopted by the Czty Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting held this 6th day of July , 1965 , by the fol- lowing vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J.
