CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY COUNCIL'S
OPPOSITION TO THE PROPOSED UNIFICATION OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
AND LAGUNA SALADA SCHOOL DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that said Council does hereby declare
its opposition to the unification of the Laguna Salada
School District and the South San Francisco Unified School
District on the grounds that such unification would ad-
versely affect the South San Francisco Unified School Dist-
rict's financial ability to render educational services
to the residents now situated within the present boundaries
of said District.
