A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California~ that
WHEREAS, this Council has received a proposal to purchase bonds
to be issued to represent unpaid assessments to be levied in proceed-
ings to be had under Resolution of Intention No. 4236 adopted on
June 28 , 1965, and all of the owners of more than sixty
per cent (60%) of the area of the property to be assessed have
recommended that said proposal be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That subject to consummation of special assessment district
proceedings, said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to
Stone & Youngberg, subject to all of the terms and conditions set
forth in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to
have said bonds printed forthwith, upon confirmation of the assess-
ment, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered
to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as above stated and
upon the performance of the conditions contained in said written
offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
