CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT RE-
VOCABLE PERMIT FOR STORM DRAIN CROSS-
ING ON SOUTHWOOD DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the San Fran-
cisco Water Department Revocable Permit, authorized by
the Public Utilities Commission of the City and County
of San Francisco in Resolution No. 650473, adopted June
22, 1965, wherein provision is made to occupy and utilize
a parcel of property therein described for the purpose
of a 12-inch storm water drain as shown on San Francisco
Water Department Drawing No.B-2798, is hereby authorized,
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Permit on be-
half of the City, and the City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
