CITY COUNCIL~ JITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CIRCLE COURT AND CHESTNUT AVENUE INTERCEPTOR SEWERS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WB]~REAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 6±h day of July , 19 65
for the work ~o be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
"Circle Court and Chestnut Avenue Interceptor Sewers"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment ~a~assary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at tL~ ~:it pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
Lowr~e Pa~,ino Company, Inc.
2. That the £~myor of said City is hereby author%zea to
make and enter into a written contract with saic succ~£ul
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directive to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify chat the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 19~h day of July
