CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING PERMIT
TO CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the
application of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Proper-
ties, Inc. for a Grading Permit to excavate approximately
50,0OO cubic yards from lands of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
California Properties, Inc., and Merck & Co., Inc., and
construct railroad drill track embankment, the City Coun-
cil hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue a Grading
Permit entitled "Grading Permit to Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
California Properties' Inc.".
BE IT FURTMER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall col-
lect the cost of defraying the expense of the examination
and the report by the Director of Public Works in the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) prior to issuance of the Perm$C.
