CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1965/66
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.396
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No.396, sewer rentals
and charges are required to be assessed on the City tax
rolls and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and,
WHERF2%S, the written report charging each parcel with
the sewer rentals and charges has been duly filed with the
City Clerk and required published notices of hearing on
said reports have been made, and,
WHEREAS, hearing was duly held on the 19~h day of
July , 19 65 , at 8 o'clock p.m. by the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco in regular session,
and protest not having been made by owners of a ~,~]ority of
the separate parcels of property described in said report;
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby adopt the
sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk for
1965/66, and said rentals and charges shall, as set forth
in Ordinance No.396, constitute a lien on the respective par-
cels of real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause
a copy of this Resolution to be published within fifteen
(15) days after passage, in the "South San Francisco Enter-
prise-Journal", a newspaper of general circulation published

in the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reoular
meeting held on the 19th day of July
by the following vote:
