CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION Ab'fHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
REGARDING EXCHANGE OF LANDS - STONEGATE RIDGE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of an Agreement
between William H. Young and the City of South San Fran-
cisco providing for the exchange of parcels of land
(tank site for additional park site), descriptions of
which are attached to the subject Agreement as Exhibits
"A" and "B", is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
