CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DENIAL OF A USE
PERMIT SET FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION RESO-
LUTION NO.1929, PASSED JUNE 28, 1965
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
WHEREAS, the City Council on hearing duly set after
appeal of the applicant from an order denying the Use Per-
mit set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No.1929,
passed June 28, 1965, has duly considered said Resolution,
related documents and communications and oral presentations
made at said hearing by the applicant and other parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council
1. Does find that the proposed use will under the
circumstances of the particular case be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort and general welfare
of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
proposed use and will be detrimental or injurious to proper-
ty or improvements in the neighborhood and the general wel-
fare of the City.
2. Does order that the denial of the Use Permit by
the Planning Commission as set forth in Planning Commission
Resolution No.1929, p~ssed the 28th day of June, 1965~ be
confirmed and said use be denied.
