CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY FOR THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF ALLERTON AVENUE, CROSSING NO.E-10.7-C
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PAR/(UNIT NO.1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Agreement between the Southern Pacific Com-
pany and the City of South San Francisco (Cabot, Cabot &
Forbes Industrial Park Unit No.1 Assessment District) is
hereby approved, and execution of said Agreement is hereby
authorized.
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco
is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
3. The City shall incur no liability for the payment
of any costs for construction of the facilities provided
for in said Agreement, and all costs shall be charged
against Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit No.1
Assessment District.
