CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN
MATEO AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO FOR ANIMAL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The execution of the Agreement between the Coun-
ty of San Marco, a political subdivision of the State of
California, and the City of South San Francisco, a general
law city in the County of San Marco, State of California,
wherein provision is made for animal services within said
City by the County of San Marco, is hereby authorized.
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is
authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf
of City and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of August
by the following vote:
