CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING
P-MRMIT TO CABOT, CABOT & FORBES
CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES. INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the
application of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Proper-
ties, Inc. for a Grading Permit to grade a parcel of 78
acres as described in the application and report, the
City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue
a Grading Permit entitled "Grading Permit - Cabot, Cabot
& Forbes California Properties, Inc." which provides
therein for grading in accordance with a plan entitled
"Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park, Proposed Fill
Area, Drawing No.212-O709-2OC-1", dated June, 1965, and
soils report entitled "Soils Investigation, Proposed Re-
clamation of Tidal and Submerged Land, South San Francisco,
California, for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, dated March 15,
1965, Supplement 3uly 30, 1965", prepared by Robert S.
Cooper & Associates.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 16th day of August
19 65 , by 'the following vote:
