CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A HAULING PER2
MIT TO AAA CONSTRUCTION, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. A permit to haul excavated earth be issued to
AAA Construction, Inc. upon filing by said permittee in
the office of the City Clerk a bond in the sum of Two
Thousand Dollars ($2,000) to indemnify City for any damage
which he may do to sidewalks or pavements or sewers, and
said bond shall also provide for indemnifying the City for
cost of removing from sidewalks or pavements all earth
or material as may have fallen or spilled from his trucks,
and such bond shall inure to the benefit of the City and
shall give City the right of action thereon in the event
he fails to remove the earth or material as may have fallen
or spilled from his trucks, and such bond shall inure to
the benefit of the City and shall give City the right of
action thereon in the event he fails to remove the earth
or material from the sidewalks or pavements or repair any
sidewalks or pavements or sewers damaged in conducting
said hauling operation.
2. The haul routes shall be as follows:
From Gellert Boulevard (formerly Limerick Boulevard)
to Westborough Boulevard, then down Westborough Boulevard
to Junipero Serra Boulevard, then on Junipero Serra Boule-
vard in a southerly direction to Sheath Lane, then down
Sheath Lane to E1Camino Real, and then down E1Camino Real
in a southerly direction to Forest View Drive, then along
Forest View Drive to Linden Avenue, then along Linden
Avenue to San Mateo Avenue, then along San Mateo Avenue
to Freeway Street and then on Freeway Street to Bayshore
Freeway.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjourned regular
meeting held on the 24th day of August
19 65, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortest, Andrew Rocca
and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " Frank J. Bertucelli
