HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4280-1965RESOLUTION NO. ~o CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office the follow- lng records, to wit: and, Unsecured personal property statement forms for the years 1954 and 1955 2. Unused payroll checks which are obsolete Unused checks which were superseded by new forms upon the adoption of machine accounting e Photo copies of bond books which were pre- pared for County use at the time of transfer of tax assessing and collecting duties which have since been replaced by duplicate copies of the complete bond book WHEREAS, the destruction of said records is authorized upon the approval of the City Council and written consent of the City Attorney and Department Head, and, WHEREAS, the City Clerk and the City Attorney have filed written consent to the destruction of said records; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve and authorize the destruction of the following records, now in the City Clerk's office: 1. Unsecured personal property statement forms for the years 1954 and 1955 2. Unused payroll checks which are obsolete 3. Unused checks which were superseded by new forms upon the adoption of machine accounting 5 Photo copies of bond books which were pre- pared for County use at the time of transfer of tax assessing and collecting duties which have since been replaced by duplicate copies of the complete bond book I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of September by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN , 1965, Prank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J.
