HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4281-1965RESOLUTION NO. 4281 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE EXTENT, NATURE AND PURPOSE OF A PROPOSED STREET KNOWN AS CHESTNUT AVENUE AND THE REALIGNMENT THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that WHEREAS, said Council by Resolution No.4244, passed the 6th day of July, 1965, declared the Council's intention to establish the extent, nature and purpose of a proposed street, called for a report of the Planning Commission and set a Public Hearing thereon, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission's report has been forwarded after Hearing duly noticed and held, and WHEREAS, Notice of Hearing before the Council has been duly made and said Hearing held and completed; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that 1. The "Alignment Study for Chestnut Avenue, City of South San Francisco", dated February 1965, prepared by George S. Nolte, Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc., which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, be approved. 2. Said proposed alignment shall be subject to modi- fication in details as required by final engineering plans. 3. The extent, nature and purpose of the proposed street shall be as set forth in the Alignment Study iden- tified in Paragraph 1. 4. The development of said street be coordinated with the proposed development of the extension thereof between Camaritas Avenue and E1 Camino Real to Junipero Serra Boulevard by the County of San Mateo. the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the ?th day of 19 65 .,by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of regular September , Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi. NOES, ' ' None. ABSENT, " None. ATTEST:
