CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION IN MEMORY OF JOHN FRANCIS
McMANUS, DECEASED, AND EXPRESSING SYM-
PATHY TO HIS FAMILY
WHEREAS, the members of the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco share with the people of the City
of South San Francisco, the many friends and the family
of John Francis McManus, deceased, a deep sorrow on his
untimely passing, and,
WHEREAS, the members of the City Council respectfully
remember the contributions made by John Francis McManus,
deceased, to the welfare of the City of South San Fran-
cisco and the many business, professional and civic ac-
tivities which were graced by his talent and energy, and,
WHEREAS, the members of the City Council desire to
formally express sympathy to the family of John Francis
McManus, deceased, and by this Resolution permanently re-
cord their respectful remembrance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby express
sympathy to the family of John Francis McManus, deceased,
and in respectful remembrance of him does further by
this Resolution record its appreciation for his contri-
butions to the welfare of the City of South San Francisco
and the many business, professional and civic activities
which were graced by his talent and energy.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of September
1965 , by the following vote:
