CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUB-
LIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM BIG EYE-SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the grant of public service ease-
ment executed by Big Eye-South San Francisco, Inc., a cor-
poration, wherein a grant is made for the construction, im-
provement, operation and maintenance of slopes of excavation
or deposits of excavation materials and drainage pipe and
appurtenant structures over, across, through or under the
lands therein described, which grant is dated August 27,
1965, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized
to record said grant together with this Resolution in the
official records of the County of San Mateo.
