CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FROM ATKINSON
FOR WEST SIDE SPRUCE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the grant of a Public Utility
Easement for the west side of Spruce Avenue, made by
Guy F. Atkinson Company, a Nevada Corporation, dated the
17th day of September, 1965, wherein said grantee conveys
a Public Utility Easement for construction, reconstruction,
repair, improvement, operation and maintenance of poles
and wires and associated overhead structures, including
supports, wires, conductors, guys, stubs, crossarms, braces,
transformers, insulators, cutouts, switches, communication
circuits, and any similar and necessary attachments for use
in supplying electric, telephone, telegraph, or similar
or associated service over the property therein described,
is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to re-
cord said grant in the official records of San Mateo County.
