A RESOLUTION DIRECTING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
LO~IE - BOTHIN - SWANSON PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that the following sums of money be and they are hereby
ordered transferred and paid from the Construction Fund in the Lowrie-
Bothin-Swanson Project~ as provided in the Report of Wilsey, Ham &
Blair to Ernest Wilson, dated April 8, 1965, a copy of which is filed
with the City Clerk~
(1) $2,33?.?0 to the Construction Fund in the Person and Swanson
Industrial Tract~ balances to be transferred in accordance with agree-
ment dated June 1st, 1960, and supplemental agreement dated April 25th~
1962, for Right-of-Way acquisitions and improvements.
(2) $1,219.81 to Person and Swanson, personally as provided for
in the supplemental agreement dated April 25th, 1962~ being the balance
of the total purchase price of parcels i and 2.
for and on account of the Lowrie-Bothin-Swanson Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 4th day of October, 1965, by the following vote:
