CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH TAVARES CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC. = HUNTIN~']~ON AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
agreement dated the 21st day of July, 1965, between City
and Tavares Construction Company, Inc., wherein provision
is made for the dedication of a right of way known as
Huntington Avenue, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor
of said City is authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests his sig-
nature thereto.
