CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM
THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as
the City, and the State Department of PuBlic Works, Di-
vision of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Depart-
ment, on March 8, 1961, for expenditure of State-allocated
funds; and
WHEREAS, two project statements have been prepared
and were submitted to the Department on June 22 and August
19, 1965, showing the estimated expenditures of such funds
recommended to be made during the 1965-66 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on Sep-
tember 3, 1965, has been presented to the City Council in
accordance with the project statement submitted by the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that said budget be, and is hereby, adopted as the budget
of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds dur-
ing the 1965-66 fiscal year.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 4th day of October
19 65 .., by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
