CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFOR~NiA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
DREDGING OF COLMA CREEK AND TRIBUTARIES 1965
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the Ciny Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 5th day of October , 19 65
'for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as'
described and specified:
"Specifications for Dredging of Colma Creek
and Tributaries 1965"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby r~3ect all oi sai~ pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentione~, and hereby
awards ghe contract for doing the work an~ im~; v..~ments and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equi~me~ a~cessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, ag the unit pri-
ces name~ in their bid to wit:
M & K Corporation
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby au~horize~ no
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
attest his signature amd affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
i hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 18th day of October
19 65, by the following vote:
