CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S
INTENTION TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.353
AS AMENDED TO ADD A PROVISION REQUIR-
ING DOORS ON GARAGES
WHEREAS, public necessity and convenience and the
general welfare require the Zoning Ordinance No.353, as
amended, to be further amended to add a provision requir-
ing doors on garages, and
WHEREAS, the City Council pursuant to Ordinance No.
353, Section 6.6 et seq. desires to initiate said amend-
ment to said Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that said City Council
does hereby declare its intention to further amend the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco No.353,
as amended, and in particular Section 7.27 thereof, to
add the requirement of garage doors on garages.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission
of the City of South San Francisco hold a Public Hearing
as required by law on said proposed amendment, giving the
required notice, and following said hearing make a report
of its findings and recommendations with respect to the pro-
posed amendment, filing with the City Council an attested
copy of such report within the minimum time prescribed
by Ordinance. Said filing with the City Council may be
accomplished by filing said report with the Clerk of
the City of~South San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that~at such time as the
Planning Commission shall render its report to the City
Council as hereinbefore stated, the City Clerk shall
set the matter for Public Hearing before the City Council
and cause notice thereof to be published as required by
law.
