CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A
GRADING PEi~IT TO RICHARD A. PA~tL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the Director of Public Works having filed a report of
his recommendations on the application of Richard A. Pahl for a
Grading Permit to grade a parcel of laud as shown on the final map
entitled
"Alta Vista Unit ~2",
the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue the Grading
Permit entitled "Grading Permit to Richard A. Pahl (Alta VistaS2)".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall collect
the cost of defraying the expense of the examination and the report by
the Director of Public Works in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) prior
to issuance of the Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of November,
1965, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca,
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
