CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SUB-
DIVISION IMPROVEMENTS IN ALTA VISTA #2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The final map of Alta Vista #2 is hereby ap-
proved, the easements dedicated are accepted and the en-
dorsements required thereon are hereby authorized;
2. The execution of an agreement between the de-
veloper and City providing for installation of sub-
division improvements is hereby authorized, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 1.st day of November
by the following vote:
