DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CODE, AND DETERMINING TO UNDERTAKE PROCEED-
INGS PURSUANT TO SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND
ASSESSMENT BOND ACTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS
WITHOUT FURTHER PROCEEDINGS UNDER SAID
DIVISION 4", AND RESOLUTION NO. 4271, 'lA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ACQUIRE AND
CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS"
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
AND ADJACENT LANDS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, California, that the first
"Whereas" clause on page 2 of Resolution No. 4269,
and paragraph 12 of Resolution No. 4271, both of
which resolutions were adopted by this Council on
August 16, 1965, are amended to substitute the words
"Nap Showing Boundaries of Stonegate Ridge Assessment
District, No. l, as revised November, 1965" in place
of the words "Map Showing Boundaries of Assessment
District, Stonegate Ridge and Adjacent Lands".

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted~ hy the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this lSth day of November, 1965,
