A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR ACQUISITION OF IMPROVEMENTS
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that that certain Agreement for
Acquisition of Improvements, Stonegate Ridge Unit No. l,
by and between STONEGATE RIDGE INVESTMENT CO. and the CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, in form this date presented to this
Council, be, and it is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
directed to execu~said Agreement, in duplicate, on behalf
of this City, and the City Clerk is directed to attest his
signature and affix thereto the official seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of November, 1965, hy the following
vote:
