RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY REPORT
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. R
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Fr~Xsco, California, that
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council & proposal
for the reclamation of certain lands within the 0ity limits of ~he
City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, Section 38901 of the Government Code requires thau
the legislative body of a city shall not authorize ar~ project for
the reclamation of lands until a financial feasibility report has
first been obtained from the California Districts Securities Commis-
sion;
~OW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows:
1. That an application be made to the California Districts
Securities Commission requesting a financial feasibility report
pursuant to Section 38901 of the Government Code for the purposes
of determining the feasibility of the reclamation portion of that
certain pro~ect designated as Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Indus~rial Park,
Unit No. 2;
2. That the Engineers and Attorneys heretofore appointe~
for the conduct of said proceedings be, and they are hereby,
directed to provide and supply to the California Districts Securities
Commission such information and documents as may be required ~or the
purpose of the preparation of said report;
3. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to said Commission as
a formal request for such report.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of November, 1965,
by the following votes
