CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED
FROM CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES, INC. - FORBES BOULEVARD IM-
PROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Quitclaim Deed executed by
Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Properties, Inc., dated October 29,
1965, and signed by Paul P. Shepherd, Vice President, and
Howard N. Ellman, Assistant Secretary, is hereby accepted,
and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Deed in
the official records of San Marco County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
