CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF
DEDICATION FROM MARCO AND MARIE
SENALDI FOR PUBLIC ROAD, SANITARY
SEWER AND STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the "Deed of Dedication"
executed July 28, 1965, by Marco Senaldi and Marie
Senaldi, husband and wife, wherein conveyance is made
to the City of the right to construct, reconstruct, re-
pair, maintain and use an underground storm drain to-
gether with all necessary appurtenances therefor, which
rights were acquired by Marco Senaldi and Marie Senaldi
through deed of Pacific Gas & Electric Company, a cor-
poration, dated April 15, 1965, and recorded July 27,
1965, in Volume 4998 of Official Records of San Mateo
County at page 33, is hereby accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
