CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AT 98 OAK AVENUE IN THE FORM OF AN
UNLAWFUL ACCUMULATION OF GARBAGE AND OTHER REFUSE
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 538.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City 8ouncil of the City of
South San Francisco that:
I. A public nuisance exists in the form of au unlawful
accumulation of garbage and refuse, more particularly a
failure on the part of the owner to provide a sufficient
number of lawful refuse receptacles to contain the
accumulations of garbage and other refuse at 98 Oak
Avenue iu the City of South San Francisco, more particularly
described on the City assessment rolls as parcel Oil-313-100,
northerly 100 feet of parcel ll assessors map of South San
Francisco 5 City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 6th day of December
19 65 , by the following vote:
