A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1 AND ADJACENT LANDS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
4271, adopted by said Council on August 16, 1965, as
subsequently amended, and its Resolution calling for bids
on the First Sale of bonds in the amount of $320,000
pursuant thereto, adopted on November 15, 1965, notice of
said First Sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for
receiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said
bids have been received and publicly opened, examined and
declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase
of said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and
they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and they
are hereby, ordered sold to First California Company
as the highest responsible
bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the
terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of
said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed
to have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be
immediately signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on
receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of
the conditions contained in said written offer provided,
however, that no bonds shall be issued and delivered pursuant
to this resolution until an assessment district has been
formed to include Diagram and Assessment No. A, and when,
as and if said bonds may be legally issued.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the
same is hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 20thday of December
