A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
AND ADJACENT LANDS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, all of the owners of the property assessed
under Diagram and Assessment No. A have petitioned and re-
quested that certain changes be made in the assessments to
be levied pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
adopted by this Council on August 16, 1965, and have waived
the necessity for notice and hearing in connection therewith;
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that such changes
be ordered;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That Diagram and Assessment No. 14, against the
property of the South San Francisco Unified School District,
be, and it is hereby, reduced from $11,649.00 to zero.
2. That the amount of Diagram and Assessment No. A is
hereby increased from $781,507.00 to $800,000.00.
3. That the Engineer's estimate of cost is hereby
increased from $834,108.00 to $840,952.00, and is hereby
modified to include therein the estimated cost of the acqui-
sition of the right-of-way from the South San Francisco
Unified School District, and the City's administrative costs
in paying the bonds and conducting the proceedings in the
estimated amount of one-quarter of one per cent (1/4 of 1%)
of the total assessment. The amounts of the latter item to
be collected from Diagram and Assessment Nos. I through
shall be charged to contingencies.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of 3anuary, 1966, by
the following vote:
