CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF
THE WESTBOROUGH INHABITED AREA ANNEXATION
ELECTION ROSTERS, SUPPLIES AND RELATED
MATERIALS
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election
supplies, rosters and related materials from the West-
borough Inhabited Area Annexation election of August 11,
1964, and,
WHEREAS, destruction of said materials is author-
ized by the laws of the State of California within six
(6) months after said election, if there is no contest
pending, and,
WHEREAS, more than six (6) months have passed and
no contest is pending, and the City Council consents to
and approves the destruction of said returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve
and consent to the destruction of the election supplies,
rosters and related materials from the Westborough In-
habited Area Annexation election held August 11, 1964.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of January ,
19 66., by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " Non~
ABSENT, " None
