CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING PERSONNEL RULES
AND REGULATIONS, IN PARTICULAR SECTION
5.04(b) CALL-BACK OVERTIME
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that Section 5.O4(b) of the Per-
sonnel Rules and Regulations is hereby amended to read:
(b) Call-back Overtime: Ail employees, except
for department heads, police department and fire depart-
ment employees, who are called back to work, shall be
granted overtime pay for the time worked or given the
equivalent in compensatory time off. Call-back time com-
mences when the employee reports for work and ends when
the employee is released from the work assigned. An
employee called back for overtime work shall receive a
minimum of two hours' overtime pay or the equivalent in
compensatory time off.
