A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COST
AND DIRECTING PAYMENT
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
AND ADJACENT LANDS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work in proceedings being
conducted by this Council pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 4271, adopted by this Council on August 16,
1965, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk his
Certificate as to the cost of constructing the improve-
ments being acquired by the City of South San Francisco
in said proceedings; and
WHEREAS, said Certificate has been validated by the
Owners, and approved by the City Public Works Director;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the amounts set
forth in said Certificate as being payable upon receipt
of the proceeds of the first sale of assessment bonds in
said proceedings, are hereby approved for payment on the
date said bond proceeds are received, without further
action by this Council; provided, however, that said pay-
ment shall not be construed to be an acceptance of the
work referred to in said Certificate.
