A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, California, that it does hereby
accept that certain Grant Deed by Stonegate Ridge
Investment Co., a California corporation, dated and
in form this date presented to this Councll~ and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file
said deed for record, together with a certified copy
of this resolution, in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of February,
1966, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCII~EN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Abern, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
