CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TME EXECUTION
OF A GRANT DEED BY T~E CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO TO STONEGATE RIDGE INVEST-
MENT COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the execution of that cer-
tain Grant Deed by the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, to Stonegate Ridge Investment
Company, wherein provision is made for the conveyance
of the parcel therein described containing 0.28 acres,
more or less, to Stonegate Ridge Investment Company, is
hereby authorized, and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute said Deed on behalf of the City, and City
Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7~b day of Februar~
19 66 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli~ Patrick E. Aherl:l~ Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, None.
