CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING
AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT -
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, PERSON & SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
(ASSESSMENT NO.2-BOND SERIES NO.59)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended assessment and
pursuant thereto the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Super-
intendent of Streets, has filed with the City Clerk Report and
Amended Assessment of a lot or parcel of land pursuant to Reso-
lution NOG 4352 dated the 3rd day of January
, 19 66, which Report is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and includes the map or plot plan showing how said lot or
parcel has been divided and the amended assessment so that the
total amount of the assessments of the several portions of said
lot or parcel is equal to the unpaid assessment upon the ori-
ginal lot or parcel, and
WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearin~ held as
required by law and the City Council upon said hearing held on
the 7th day of Februar~ 1966 , has
determined ~ha~ no objections have been .filed an~ goo-'d-~ause
exists for the making of said amended assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that the amended assessment of Lot 2,
Block 2, Person and Swanson Industrial Tract (Assessment No 2-Bond Series
as set forth in the Report of the Director of Public Works~ ex- No.59)
officio Superintendent of Streets attached hereto, be and the
same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall take the re-
quired action to have entered upon the assessment roll the in-
stallments becoming due on each component part of the original
parcel opposite a description of the respective parcels so as-
sessed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 7th day of Februar~ , 19.66 , by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio
Cor*~si, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
