CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT - WEST SIDE
SPRUCE AVENUE (ATKINSON PROPERTY)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the acceptance of that grant
of Public Utility Easement executed by Guy F. Atkinson
Company, a Nevada corporation, on the 17th day of Sep-
tember, 1965, which conveys a Public Utility Easement
to the City of South San Francisco for the construction,
reconstruction, repair, improvement, operation and main-
tenance of poles and wires and associated overhead struc-
tures, including supports, wires, conductors, guys, stubs,
crossarms, braces, transformers, insulators, cutouts,
switches, communication circuits, and any other facilities
over the lands therein described, is hereby authorized,
and the City Clerk is authorized to file said grant of
Public Utility Easement in the Official Records of San
Mateo County.
