CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
AND INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS ON
FOURTH LANE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and
The Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco a (California) Co~poration~d[~
wherein provision is made for the construction and in-
stallation of certain improvements on Fourth Lane, is
hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to sign
said Agreement on behalf of the City, and City Clerk at-
tests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of February
