CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF A
CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL SERVICES TO CAPE ESPERANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the termination of that cer-
tain contract between the United States of America and
the City of South San Francisco, Contract Order No.
NBy(U)-44815, which provided for special services to
Cape Esperance in the City of South San Francisco, Calif-
ornia, is hereby approved, and the Change Order dated
January 21, 1966, issued by the United States of America
through the contracting officer R. G. Rogo, is hereby
accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a r~gular
meeting held on the 21st day of February
