CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR AC-
QUSITION OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR STONEGATE
RIDGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The execution of the Agreement dated the 7th
day of February, 1966, between the South San Francisco
Unified School District and the City of South San Francis-
co, providing for the acquisition of a strip of land there-
in described for an extension of a street and highway to
serve the Stonegate Ridge development, is hereby author-
ized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests his
signature thereto;
2. The cost of acquisition shall be borne by the
Stonegate Ridge Assessment District or the developer of
Stonegate Ridge, Stonegate Ridge Investment Company.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 21st day of
