CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF STONE-
GATE RIDGE UNIT #1 AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION AND INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The final map of Stonegate Ridge Unit #1, dated
February 1966, is hereby approved, and the dedications
made thereon are hereby accepted.
2. The execution of an Agreement providing for the
construction and installation of public improvements as
shown on said final map and the improvement plans related
thereto is hereby authorized, and said Agreement shall
particularly provide for the following:
(a) The construction and installation of the
extension of Hill Ridge Road
(b) The construction and installation of on-
site and off-site improvements
(c) The construction and installation of a
temporary connection to Eucalyptus Avenue
(d) Guarantee to replace and repair defective
installations in accordance with Ordinance No.297,
as amended by Ordinance No.332.
