A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
CONMUR STREET AND DIANNE COURT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4332,
adopted by this Council on December 6, 1965, said Council
has received a proposal to purchase the bonds to be issued
to represent unpaid assessments to be levied pursuant
thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered
sold to First California Company, said sale to be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth in said
accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
directed to have said bonds printed forthwith upon confirm-
ation of the assessment, and that the same be immediately
signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt
of the amount therefor as above stated and upon the per-
formance of the conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and
the same is hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 7th day of March, 1966, by the following
vote~
