A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COT.T.W~3TION OFFICER
CONMUR STREET AND DIANNE COURT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the City Treasurer of
said City be, and he is hereby, appointed as the person
to whom payment of assessments shall be made under
Resolution of Intention No. ~332, adopted by this Council
on December 6, 1965, and that his office in the City
Hall, South SanFrancisco, California, is hereby desig-
nated as the place at which the said payments will be
made, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby
relieved of all responsibility in connection with col-
lecting said assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 7th day of March, 1966, hy the following
vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucellt, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
