CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE
HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its De-
partment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has pre-
sented Amendment No.1 to the Agreement for Maintenance
of the State Highway in the City of South San Francisco,
dated December 15, 1965, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amend-
ment No.1 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that said Amendment No. 1
is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
