CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENTS WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAIL-
ROAD COMPANY FOR EAST GRAND AVENUE
CROSSING NO.E-iO.4-C, FORBES BOULEVARD
CROSSING NO.E-10.64-C, FORBES BOULEVARD
CROSSING NO.E-10.73-C
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Agree-
ments with Southern Pacific Railroad Company for East
Grand Avenue Crossing No.E-10.4-C, Forbes Boulevard Cross-
ing No.E-lO.64-C and Forbes Boulevard Crossing No.E-lO.73-C
is hereby authorized, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
further authorized to execute said Agreements on behalf
of the City upon approval of said Agreements by the City
Attorney.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of March
by the following vote:
