RESOLUTION NO. 4418
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 1-A
CARLTON COURT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4369,
adopted by this Council on February 7, 1966, said Council
has received a proposal to purchase the bonds to be issued
to represent unpaid assessments to be levied pursuant
thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered
sold to Stone & Youngberg, said sale to be subject to all
of the terms and conditions set forth in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
directed to have said bonds printed forthwith upon con-
firmation of the assessment, and that the same be immedi-
ately signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on
receipt of the amount therefor, as above stated and upon
the performance of the conditions contained in said written
offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and
the same is hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day of March, 1966,
hy the following vote:
